WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Michael Cloud (TX-27) addressed President Joe Biden’s recent decision to exit the 2024 presidential race today:

“After countless failures by the Biden-Harris administration, it’s telling that Joe Biden is now only being pushed out because of his terrible poll numbers.

This administration has neglected our border, fueled inflation, and avoids all accountability. America deserves real leadership for a change. Our country needs a leader who prioritizes securing our borders, strengthening our economy, and upholding American values.

It’s time for a president who will genuinely work for the American people, not against them, and we know Kamala Harris won’t.”
