RELEASE: Congressman Cloud Opens New District Office in Bastrop
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Michael Cloud (TX-27) announced the opening of a new district office in Bastrop to expand local constituent services across the region. Along with the district office in Victoria, the Bastrop location provides direct federal agency assistance to families, veterans, seniors, and small businesses in the northern part of the 27th Congressional District.
The new office brings the Congressman’s team closer to the families, veterans, seniors, and small business owners in this region of the 27th District. Residents will now have a local place to get help navigating federal agencies and other congressional services.
The Bastrop office will be able to help constituents on casework issues involving agencies like the Social Security Administration, IRS, the VA, the State Department, and more. Additionally, the office handles inquiries for flag requests, grant assistance, academic nominations, congressional recommendations, internships and art competition applications.
