Proximity to the Texas coast brings with it the threat of hurricanes. The hurricane season for the Gulf of Mexico runs from June 1 to November 30 each year. The time to prepare is now. Below you will find some local resources and preparedness tips. My office is always here to help, but in the event of a storm, please ensure you stay informed and are closely monitoring your local news and following the directions of local officials.
